SALE ORDER: 9:00 a.m.- two rings starting with smaller items & some building materials. Outside-about noon-truck & items displayed inside building. Again, note the large quantities of items to be sold. Bring your truck, trailer or whatever will haul a big load. No items loaded without a sale receipt.
INSPECTION: Friday, April 11th, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. & 8:00 a.m. on sale day.
NOTE: Three local lumber yards and two wholesalers are cleaning out their excess inventory and stock overturns. This is an exceptional sale for anyone who is in the carpenter trade, or if you are planning a construction project.
Notice to Contractors-Builders-Remodelers-Handymen & Owners: This is your chance to buy most everything in the building line. Please note the large quantities of some items. All materials will be sold in “as is” condition. Loading will be available on auction day until one hour after the auction or Monday by appointment. Many more items will be added as sale approaches. This is a once per year chance to purchase these items at wholesale prices.
