Col Bob Wedel
Founder
In 2020, we lost our founder Col. Bob Wedel. Since Bob graduated from Reisch Auction College in 1974, Bob’s Auction Service has been a family run business. Throughout his life, Bob mentored us and continually shared his knowledge and expertise with us. Auctions are part of who we are, and always will be. We will continue with the same values our founder instilled in us. While Bob is greatly missed, we appreciate your continued support us as we carry on the legacy of our founder, husband, father, mentor and friend.
Patti Wedel Inglett
Office Manager / Auction Coordinator
Patti has been with Bob’s Auction Service since its inception, although she was just a young child when her father Col. Bob Wedel graduated auction school. She is willing to step into any role (except auctioneer!) on auction day, but she also handles the day-to-day office duties, and is the welcoming voice when you call. Patti is also a Real Estate Salesperson with Tim Slack Auction & Realty brokerage.
Patti is a graduate of UW LaCrosse with a degree in Accounting and lives in Columbus and has 3 adult children. She also serves as the treasurer for the Town of Elba.
Nichole Wedel Glynn
Business Manager/RWA 3124
As Bob’s daughter, Nichole grew up in the auction business. She is a jack-of-all-trades, taking on the roles of clerk, cashier, and sale day manager. In 2023, she also graduated from Western College of Auctioneering to further her knowledge of the auction industry, but you won’t see her on the block selling anytime soon. Nichole also runs our website, Facebook page and email newsletter.
Nichole is a graduate of UW Platteville with a degree in Business Administration and lives in Waunakee with her husband Brian and their three children.
