No warrantees or guarantees are given or implied on any item sold.

• Sales Tax of 5.5% applies.
• Cash or good check only. NO CREDIT CARDS ON THIS SALE.
• NO PREMIUM for on-site or absentee bidders. Internet Premium of 10% for winning on-line bids.
• All items must be settled for within 72 hours of auction start. Items not paid for within 72 hours will be forfeited and become property of auction company.
• All items must be removed within 14 days of auction.  Items not removed will become property of auction company and sold for salvage
• Local pickup only. NO shipping.
